How do I measure my wrist?

1. Measure around your wrist with a string or a measuring tape

2. Add 1/2" to 1" to that length

3. That is the size you need!

XS Women's: 6.5 (16.5 cm)

S Women's: 7" (17.8 cm)

M Women's/ Men's Small: 7.5" (19 cm)

L Woman's/Men's Medium: 8" (20.3 cm)

What form of payment do you accept?

-We accept Mastercard, Visa, America Express, Discover & PayPal, Afterpay , Shop pay

How do I place a special order?

-You can place a special order through the contact us page. Once you fill out the contact form it will send a email directly to us. You can also call 470-447-8943 between the hours of 9am-7pm Monday- Friday. If we are unavailable please leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

When should I expect my order?

-All Products are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3-5 days prior to shipment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive this email please contact us at support@diannehalyn.com so we can provide you with a tracking number.

Who do you use for shipping?

-All orders are shipped USPS. For expedited orders please contact us. This will be an extra charge.

Do you ship internationally?

-No we do not ship internationally. This option will be available in the near future!

What is the return policy?

At Dianne Halyn, we're dedicated to providing you with high-quality jewelry and accessories that you'll love. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you with our hassle-free return process.

Returns for Jewelry and Accessories

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If the item you received doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry or accessory must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. This includes items such as beads, bracelets, studs, and earrings.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. You can expect the refund to be credited to your original payment method within 30 days, in accordance with your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges for Jewelry and Accessories

If you wish to exchange your jewelry or accessory for an alternative item, please contact us within [X] days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to assist you in finding the perfect replacement.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Please note that any initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
